We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Must include original packaging and tags

Must be approved by our team before shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
IMPORTANT — MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All KORRE items are made-to-order.
Due to this, we typically do not accept returns for:

Incorrect size selected

Change of mind

Personal preference (fit, color, or style)
Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer:

A free replacement, or

A full refund
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production begins and cancellations may not be possible.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All items are made-to-order.

Shipping time: 7–12 business days
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
