We want you to be happy with your KORRE order. Please read the policy below before submitting a return request.

14-Day Return Policy

KORRE accepts eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging when possible.

Return requests made after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Made-to-Order Items

Many KORRE items are made after an order is placed. Because of this, returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind may be reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Please check the product details and size chart carefully before placing your order.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Eligible items requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Returns requested after the 14-day return window.
  • Items ordered in the wrong size if the item was produced correctly.
  • Items returned without approval from KORRE first.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

How to Submit a Return

  1. Click the button below to open the KORRE return request form.
  2. Enter your full name, email address, order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include details and photos when requested.
  4. Wait for approval before shipping anything back.

Please do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error with the order.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on the item and situation. Since many KORRE items are made-to-order, size exchanges are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
